How it works
From search to delivered parcel, the journey in five steps.
1. Find
Search queries products, categories and shops at the same time. Catalogue filters narrow by price, rating, availability or seller.
2. Compare
Every listing names the seller, their preparation time, their return policy and their rating. Two identical products can come from two shops with different terms.
3. Order
A cart can hold products from several shops. Shipping is pooled and the order stays single, even when shipments are separate.
4. Track
Each shipment has its own tracking number and timeline, from picking to delivery.
5. Review
After delivery you rate the product and the shop. Those ratings feed catalogue ranking: they are the main lever a buyer has.
