Returns and refunds
Fourteen days minimum, often more depending on the shop.
Right of withdrawal
Fourteen days from receipt, no reason required. Many shops extend this to 30, 45 or 60 days: the real window is shown on the seller page.
Items not accepted back
- Opened hygiene and cosmetic products
- Food items, unless faulty
- Made-to-measure pieces
The procedure
- Open a request from the order detail.
- Print the return label sent by the shop.
- Drop off the parcel within seven days.
The refund
Issued within five working days after the shop receives the return, to the original payment method. Original shipping is refunded in case of a defect or shop error.
