Data collected
Identity, contact details, delivery addresses, order history and browsing data. Bank details never pass through our servers: they are handled by the payment provider.
What the seller sees
Only what is needed to fulfil the order: name, delivery address, phone if the carrier requires it, and the order contents. Never your history with other shops, nor your personal email address.
Retention
Three years after the last order for account data, ten years for accounting records, in line with legal obligations.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. These requests are handled from account settings or in writing to the relevant department.
