Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is available; an account is simply created for tracking if you want one.

Can I order from several sellers at once?

Yes. The cart accepts several shops, shipping is pooled and each shop ships separately.

How do I contact a seller before buying?

From the product page or shop page, the “Contact the shop” button opens an internal conversation. Average reply within 48 h.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Card, wallet and, depending on the shop, cash on delivery. In this demonstration all transactions are simulated.

When am I charged?

When the order is confirmed. If cancelled before dispatch, the refund is automatic within five working days.

Do displayed prices include VAT?

Prices are shown net of VAT where the shop is under an exemption scheme, and tax inclusive otherwise. The wording appears on each listing.

Why does my order arrive in several parcels?

Each shop ships from its own stock. You never pay full-rate shipping for every shop.

From what amount is delivery free?

€79 on standard delivery, across all sellers in the same cart.

Do you deliver outside France?

Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Morocco, with two to four extra days.

What is the return window?

Fourteen days minimum. Many shops go to 30, 45 or 60 days: the real window is on the seller page.

Who pays return shipping?

The shop in case of a defect or error. The buyer for a simple change of mind, unless the seller states otherwise.

How do I open a dispute?

From the order detail, “Report a problem”. Contact the shop first: eight disputes in ten are settled in 48 h at that stage.

What commission does NOVA Market take?

From 7.5 % to 12 % depending on category, on the product amount only. No subscription, no opening fee.

When am I paid?

On the 5th of the following month, with a line-by-line breakdown of sales, commissions and refunds.

How long does shop approval take?

48 working hours for a complete file. A missing or unreadable document adds about five days.

Can I sell from abroad?

Yes, from the European Union and Morocco, with a registered business and a bank account in the company name.

Is this platform a real shop?

No. NOVA Market is a demonstration: shops, products, orders and payments are all fictional.

Can I test all three roles?

Yes. Three demo accounts are offered on the sign-in screen: customer, seller and administrator.
