Warranties
Statutory warranty, seller warranty, and what happens if a shop closes.
Statutory conformity guarantee
Two years from delivery, for any product sold by a professional. It covers defects existing at the time of purchase, even if they appear later.
Seller's commercial warranty
Some shops add their own warranty, longer or broader. It sits on top of the statutory guarantee; it never replaces it.
Claiming under warranty
Open a ticket from the order detail, attaching a photo and a description of the fault. The shop replies within 48 hours. If you disagree, NOVA Market arbitrates.
If the shop closes
The statutory guarantee remains owed by the seller. If they cannot be reached, NOVA Market takes over the case for orders under two years old, up to the amount paid.
