The contractual framework between the platform, sellers and buyers.
Demonstration document. This text illustrates the expected structure of a set of terms and has no contractual value.
1. Purpose
NOVA Market operates a marketplace connecting professional sellers with buyers. The platform is not party to the sale contract, except for the services it directly provides.
2. User account
Opening an account requires accurate, up-to-date information. The holder is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
3. Orders and payment
The order is firm once payment is confirmed. Prices are shown net of VAT where the seller falls under an exemption scheme.
4. Responsibilities
The seller is responsible for product conformity, stated timelines and after-sales service. The platform is responsible for the service's operation and buyer protection.
5. Termination
Either party may close their account at any time, subject to orders in progress.
